Can not Add collaborator in v3

I tried to Add collaborator, but it always says that user not found, although I am very sure the spelling is correct.

Doesn’t work for me either - perhaps you could include a screen shot of this user so we an sanity check any typos?

I’ve had the same issue, trying to ‘migrate’ collaborators from my v2 gateways to v3 gateways.

I think one possible cause could be that they have never logged themselves in (or even registered?) on v3. (I might be wrong, can’t exactly remember how I logged into v3 myself, whether I just created a new user with my old user name, or if this was transferred somehow).

In my experience that is indeed required.

I can confirm @bertrik and @kersing; the user has to login once with The Things ID to The Things Stack Community Edition. Then the user is “created” in TTSCE.
