Hi, I am trying to add a team member as a collaborator on one of our the community gateways but I am not able to. I keep getting the below error on TTS. Please help in case I am not doing it okay.
There might also be new changes or requirements to this. I will be happy if anyone with more knowledge can share.
I think I remember seeing a similar problem trying to add a user who registered at v2 of the infrastructure. They had to log in at least once into the v3 console before they could be added as a collaborator.
EDIT: I can add this user (mwakima) without any problems to one of my gateways and to one of my applications.
