Class B for which IoT applications

Please can you tell me what kind of IoT applications that LoRaWAN class B is more suitable for?

class B won’t be supported on the public TTN network anytime soon.
It’s timeslotted and only works with gateways that have a GNSS based time-source

I think that if it was specified in the lorawan specification, certaintly there exist specific IoT applications with low latency, a periodic downlink trafic which is not initiated by an Uplink transmission like described for class B in the specification. I need some examples
