What are the considerations for using confirmed vs unconfirmed messages?
I found some best practices from OTAA joining and payload minimization but haven’t found any opinions regarding confirmed or unconfirmed messages and if using one or the other has a significant impact on the network.

if a gateway is transmitting an ACK message… it can’t receive at the same time

…and GW’s also have to comply with duty cycle limits depending on where in the world so Ack’s can exhaust GW capacity for all users if used widely & excessively…
