Connect the device failed

Hi!

I tried connecting Moko LW004-CT.

Since the Legacy V.2 console is shutting down in December.
So I have to use AU1. (I’m in thailand)

I’m having trouble connecting to the end device.

I’m a beginner user so I don’t really understand.
Please help me to solve the problem.

What version of LoRaWAN are you currently running on the device, and what version of LoRaWAN did you select in the web interface when registering the device?
