Data API quota

is there any quota or limit on the data API? does it scale with number of devices?

Which ‘data API’ are you referring to ?

There are 2 type of API: Data and Application Manager. Since for the latter there is a limit of 5000 per h.
What about the data api? Can i subscribe to any data rate?
