Device data not appearing on TTN device

I’m a newbee here. I have a Dragunio Hat for my Raspberry Pi which I am using for a gateway… also I have Draguino sheild for a Arduino Uno.
I have it set up to read a temperature sensor and report every 5 minutes. I have seen it working, but now I’m not getting in the device data window. I’m seeing my traffic on the gateway page, but does not update the device data.
any Ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

Are you by any change using ABP for your node? If so, reset the frame counter for that node in the TTN console.
