Device never seen after re-registration

I had device working fine before , i delete it from my account and add it to my colleague to add it to his account , He fail to seen it online and his gateway already online

I delete the device from his account and re- register it again in my account , but also fail to be seen online and we confirm the information of the device , it is OK

What is the problem ?

Sounds like a puzzle, can you be more specific?

Is the device using OTAA or ABP?

Things that can go wrong:

  • if it is an ABP device, it no longer has the same session keys, did you copy them down somewhere?
  • if it is an OTAA device, probably a new APP key was generated, and it no longer corresponds to the app key as known by the device

It is OTAA device , I make restart to the device and go to meeting after i came back i found it online

What was the problem ?

The device was probably using OTAA session details from before the re-registration which would no longer mean anything to the network.

A restart and some time for it to rejoin got it new session credentials.

Maybe you have issues in your join process that cause it not to work all of the time, so it took a while. Hard to know without more detail.
