Is there any documentation for the API.
I am sorry that i don’t have any idea about API and application side.
Our customer is requesting for an API documentation for reading and sending command to our TTI.
Can any one help me on this?

A clever person I know went off and read the Things Industries/TTN documentation (have you done that? Tried search? I know what you are looking for is out there on main sites and TTI github…) and compiled this useful tool/document/tree

Your customer is asking you for API documentation but you are asking for help on the forum. What (product/service) are you selling to your customer? What type of API are you looking for? What do you/your customer want to do with it?
I’m perhaps making inorrect assumption that by API they are refering to CLI?!
API is also covered on the link I gave (Left hand side a few menu steps above CLI…!) - hence “start here”…
Yes, due an update but most of it tells you what you need to know for the CLI, it’s just missing the latest bits.
As @bluejedi says, which / what API - there are a number of them for command & control (CLI + erm, the API), data wrangling (data formats), etc.
The documentation, most of which has been there since before TTS CE, is pretty extensive.
