Hi guys , i’ve configured a dragino LHT65N on TTN , but sometimes the results does not appear, for example on this pictures in 1 hour just collect temperature 2 times ,the last time frame I saw it was 4 hours and no temperature collect. what am I doing wrong?

Are you using ABP or OTAA?
how do I know if it’s OTAA or ABP , I don’t remember it asked when I configured the device, I just add AppEUI and DEVEUI

And please post a couple of hours data in json format. Complete data which you get when you keep the console open.
have you actually written your data to a db or csv?
you are relying on the console to see if your data have arrived at your application and were forwarded to your integration?
i have seen to console missing messages
please log your data and then see how may messages are missed
The activation mode is : OTAA
And the couple of hours output shows? (Or even better use a webhook or mqtt to save the data, all of it and show us that in a readable format,)
if you dont send to a db we will never know
show us 24 hours off data then we can see how many message were missed
