i am using a RAK833
Any help?

RAK833 is hardware, but this seems to be a software or Internet problem.

What software are you using? Is this RAK’s SD card image, or did you install components yourself?

RAK’s image has recently had problem with broken DNS, so you might see if you can ping random sites from the box.

Your log is a little confusing… at first glance it looks like it never got any push or pull acks from the server and so maybe gave up for lack of backhaul connectivity, but it also kind of looks like it never really sent anything towards the server.

Do you have any node running in range of the gateway? If not, it may be hard to validate…

It would be rather useful if you could tell us what you’ve got this attached to and what YOU think the problem is, there must be a reason you chucked a log at us.

MP forwarder doesn’t use the push/pull counters for the TTN transport. The message ‘18:29:09 INFO: [TTN] send status success for thethings.meshed.com.au’ shows it is talking to the backend alright.
