So the 1st thing to check is are you getting data through to your application(s) through the gw? If there are several receiving GW’s in your area you can look at the reception metadata in your app and look at list of GW’s forwarding the message to see if your gw is one of the GW’s called out. If if it is then it is working ok, if not we will need more info to help you try and diagnose the problem.
