How should I choose AppEUI for my own devises

Hello,

I am migrating all my devises to Console V3 and it’s time to have all of them working with OTAA.

I registered my two first devises with ABP
I created a third devise and I selected OTAA.

At some point, I have to fill up the AppEUI.

I can fill the field with all zéro, but is the best practice? Can I choose a AppEUI by chance or there is numbering convention?

I look at my the first ABP devises and I observed the activation mode is disable.
I believe, I should delete them and recreate it with OTAA activation mode?

If I am not wrong, the V2, we could change the activation mode (ABP/OTAA) by editing the devise, isn’t
