How to get the dev_eui in the payload to send to Mqtt?

Hi everyone,

I see in this post that we can have the dev_id and app_id in the payload Best practices when sending GPS location data [HowTo] but nothing about the dev_eui or app_eui.

Is it not possible to have this information ?

The DevEUI is available in hardware_serial. The AppEUI is not available, I think.
