I cannot activate my node in TTN using ABP

I am trying to activate my node for TTN using ABP but the serial monitor of my arduino outputs like this:
03:07:59.333 → 54475626: EV_TXCOMPLETE (includes waiting for RX windows)
03:08:59.836 → 58226131: EV_TXSTART
03:08:59.836 → Packet queued
and this repeats every 60s. can someone help me explain why my arduino serial output is like this?

i use the MMCI-LMiC library > ttn-abp.ino. i also changed the nwskey,appskey and devaddress values from ttn to the .ino.
