I can log into my account with my email address but I can’t log into my console without my User Id which I have forgotten. I also can’t see where my User ID is listed under my account profile. I searched see if have an email message with the user ID but I don’t.
I set it up a few weeks ago and have an an application, gateway, and endpoint working but now I can’t get into the console.
I seem to have both a Cloud Discovery account and also a sandbox associtated with my email address. If I log in to my Cloud Discovery account, it has an “Open console” button which would take me to console of my actual Application/Gateway but when I click on that button it requires me to login again and the only choice is using User ID (not email) and password.
I am so so sorry, I didn’t realise that it was for a discovery account, I deeply apologise.
Have you looked at your emails from when you set it up? Does your browser store any information that you can check - I’m super sorry, I don’t know what browser it is you are using.
Thanks again for your help, that did it. After some searching I found it in my pw manager. I think there’s something about that login form that doesn’t trigger the password manager to fill it in.
