Join FAIL when using CUPS

We are using the WisGate Edge Lite 2 from RAK Wireless.

Have followed the process outlined in Configuration and Update Server (CUPS) | The Things Stack for LoRaWAN (thethingsindustries.com) to set up the gateway for CUPS.

When this was done, we were able to receive uplinks but any new OTAA devices we try to add result in Join FAIL.

Is there anything we are missing?

CUPS and LoRaWAN traffic are not related.
LoRaWAN Traffic is transmitted using the LNS protocol. I’d look at other places such as the OTAA keys.
