Did you check if you gateway is online?
I think that the gladdest is me right now ! 
Yes it is, the WAN led is on.
I press reset button and my Ker-link LoRa IoT Station was reset. After resetting WAN led was turned on. But it still misses the default username and password.
anyone can help me?
