Now days we are facing one issue on kerlink station.
Issue: This is the field engineer observation. when he visited on site then he first look a power supply from MCB end as well as gateway end which was OK.when he checked gateway condition,this four LED (DEBUG/LOCAL port) were ON but this gateway was not reachable to our network monitoring tool. same got reachable after engineer made reset from ON/OFF button on gateway.we don’t understand why this station got reachable after doing reset from ON/OFF button on gateway. sometime it got reachable after doing reset from main supply.suspecting it acting as hang mode.
