Laird RG191 Packet Forwarder

Hi,
I recently purchased a Laird RG191 915 MHz and it works perfectly with the TTN.
In the packet forwarder of the gateway, there is an option called “MQTT Forwarder” where you define the MQTT broker address.
My question is, how does that work? For example, I have my own MQTT broker and if I configure the same address on the gateway, am I supposed to get the packets when I subscribe to my own broker? Or do I still need TTN?
Thanks!

Did you manage to configure it? We are facing some issues as well - IT seems that we managed to connect (it appears connected (intermmitent connection) to our MQTT broker (ACtiveMQ) - Its not clear if it works or not… - ITs not clear how to send data from the nodes to the broker via the forwarder

No. Still no success.
