I was using my account well, but from one day I can’t log in.

I have this issue too, we never received a verification email. We’re now locked out of our system and can’t create new applications. There doesn’t seem to be any support for this either.

You may be able to resolve this issue using this link: The Things Network

We just used it and it verified us, we tried this a while ago and it never sent an email. Hopefully this works for you too.
