Lt-33222 dio?

Hello. I have lt-33222 and am a little baffled re DIO. 3 DIO ports. How are these to be wired up? From what I can make out in the manual DIO is 3v? Does that mean I have to use a 3v +ve source?

Is the only ground the one that is used for also powering the unit? The unit is powered with up to 24v so Im unsure of how this is to work. Does anyone have an example of how they are doing DIO? I am just wanting to capture a simple button press.

indeed… max 3v and connect the grounds together.
IF you’re device is powered with 24 v… you could use a step down converter to create 3v for the switch

Ok, thank you. Also noticed the Interface diagram shows 3v but the manual says 6v max.

  • think you can use an analog input, connected to Vcc and a switch So you don’t need a stepdown converter to protect your normal digital inputs
