I tried to change the password of TTN Console.
I clicked “profile settings” and “change password”.
After filling in the old and new password this error occurred:
What does that mean?
Why am I an external user?

The volunteers on the forum have no access to account information such as this and so best option is raise it on the support side of the thingsnetwork slack
Today I tried to reset a password on an old account and got a wierd error ‘interactive session ID cookie not found’
Yesterday I tried to change the email address of an account, but no conformation email was received.
Did you manage to solve this.
