Can anyone suggest a best price module for LoraWan integration?
Module has to have SPI/UART or other standard interfaces.

that’s a big difference in how to use and how to control.
not all uart modules are capable of lorawan.

If you want predictable and relaible performance, I would be buying from reputable sources.
Buying at the ‘best price’, by which I presume you mean cheapest, from scources such as eBay and Aliexpress it can be a bit hit or miss.
Other candidates are Multitech mDot and xDot along with the Pycom LoPy4
