One question I saw on the chat, was;
How can you provide an SLA in ISM bands?
The service level agreement that we offer is on our routing services.
Indeed, it is not feasible to guarantee quality of service of ISM bands. In fact, public network operators also do not guarantee coverage anywhere; in 2G/3G/4G/5G this is not the case either. There are always blind spots. The beauty of LoRaWAN is in fact that you can place gateways anywhere you want, because of the ISM bands. So although coverage is not part of the SLA, the fact that LoRa uses ISM bands allows you to push your quality of service as high as you need.
