RadioLib is now considered fit for managed applications - longer term testing of what appears to be feature complete stack will prove its suitability for mass deployment and out of the way places.
ESP32 deep sleep is available out the box. The weather station linked above is also on RP2040. SAMD aka Adafruit Feather M0 with RFM95 has been tested so @LoRaTracker’s Xiao build should be good to go.
