RAK Gateway interrupts the connection for 10 minutes a few times a day

Hello.

i have 2 Multitech Gateways and one new RAK7242 Pilot Gateway Pro.
The 2 Multitech Gateways works perfect since 1 year.

The new RAK Gateway interrupts the connection to the TTN server for about 10 minutes a few times a day.During this time, data is lost from the temperature-sensors

RAK7242 ist the latest from 20190717

I suggest you contact them on their support forum (check if you have the latest build ect)

Check the system logs. /var/log/syslog and maybe some others

Figure out if the concentrator is failing and not promptly restarting

Figure out if the network connection is dropping

Look for other errors…
