RAK2245 on TTN V3

Hello, I previously had two gateways when I migrated to TheThingsStack I could move only one.
Have anyone had luck in adding RAK2245 with RPI on to the TTS because despite I added the gateway and downloaded the json conf file and upload it on the gateway - TTS shows the module as disconnected.

Need a lot more to help you!..details details…how configured, where, what do console pages and local logs show. which firmware and PF are you using, etc… otherwise just guess work from the community!
