I am using RAK2245 with Raspberry Pi 4. One thing I’m curious about is what kind of communication is used for data transmission between RAK2245 and TTN? Wi-Fi? MQTT?

That depends on the software you installed and the way you connected it to the internet,

I am using same model, I added the gateway on ttn, the gateway is running but it seems to be disconnected on ttn. In the logs of the gateway I see is sending packets but the PUSH_DATA acknowledged is always 0%.
