Request to purge a gateway EUI

Hello,

I tried and failed to get a new Multitech Conduit connected using Basics Station, decided to delete the gateway and start again, only I can’t proceed until the EUI is purged, hence would be grateful if someone could take a look at this.

Hoping that someone at TTN may be checking in now and again, given that CE is not supported per se, I’d assumed that firing off an e-mail or similar would not be received well.

I see, I’d assumed it was for commercial support and not clicked through, but thank you for the prompt, polite and eminently helpful response!

What ships EUI, I see no ships EUI

Forum search will answer this, earlier versions are pretty kind but then they get more and more emphatic, frustrated and somewhat pointed.

D’oh! I had read a previous post, which appears to have led me down the wrong path and I should have read others else simply distinguished ID from EUI. Thanks. I also see your source of frustration :smiley:
