I have an unit of Milesight RS-485 to LNS converter (UC1152), which i trying to use it to poll serial data with modbus register = 2 (data format U32 or S32). However, it seem like the converter able to be polled to the converter but unable to upload to the gateway or cloud (I’m using milesight UG65 as gateway and Milesight IoT cloud), I consulted with their Technical support, it seem like the controller/converter can only upload data with single registry address (int16, U16 and etc). Is there any other converter that supporting data with modbus register = 2 or any solution to collect data with modbus register = 2?
