Seeed Studio Outdoor Gateway: Disconnected

Hello TTN Community-

This may be more of a Seeed Studio inquiry.

Scenario:

  1. Seeed Studio outdoor gateway using cellular backhaul was working perfectly
    https://www.seeedstudio.com/LoRaWAN-Gateway-US915-p-4306.html
  2. Cellular carrier (Hologram) paused service to the gateway as the data plan cap was hit
  3. As a result of the cellular service interruption, the gateway became disconnected from TTN
  4. Cellular service was restored - gateway indicates it has reconnected to Hologram
  5. Gateway status in TTN (after many hours) still shows the gateway as being disconnected

I was wondering as to the potential of the gateway eventually “self-healing,” or is hands-on service likely necessary. Pls advise.

Pls disregard the thread - manual intervention (power cycling) was utilized to restore the gateway. Thanks
