Standard uplink payload formatter for water meters?

I am trying to figure out if there is any standard protocol for water meters, or if products like e.g. B-meters use custom protocol or cayenneLPP?

  • I want to send water usage (Litres or m^3)
  • Water leakage detection alarms’
