I was shopping for LoRaWAN devices (North America) and I am having problems finding Dragino products. They’re either not shown on retailers anymore or everything is out of stock. Is Dragino still in business?
The EU distributor has stock of Dragino (EU) hardware. Mouser has stock as well (they curiously list them as Seeed Studio but the delivered modules are in Dragino packaging).
Many times products from companies of this sort are only available from local warehouse vendors sporadically and in incomplete assortment.
Often the vendor selling them doesn’t really know what they’re doing - they may have the boxes that pretend to be gateways when they aren’t rather than the legitimate LoRaWan gateways, they may have modules manufactured for the wrong frequency band for the market they are selling them in, etc.
What’s available locally is quite a bit distinct from what’s manufactured and importable.
