Yup, you are absolutely correct, this is NOT the proper place to ask. Thread hijacking is considered inappropriate around here and pretty much any other technical forum.
PS, the answer is yes. Read the forum more, Google more, look at the official site for the specification.
The official test tool from the LoR Alliance, namely LCTT, does not include a test suite for LW v1.1. It supports v1.0.4 as that is officially the latest version.
