SPARKLAN - Just received a pair of these on eval boards, together with access under NDA to the SDK. LoRaWAN v1.0.2 compliant and the test app builds with no problems on the free license version of Keil. I like the fact they have 192K flash, so I can add support for accelerometer, magnetometer, GPS, etc.
