TTIG 868 doesn't connect anymore

I registered the TTIG 868 gateway two months ago and it worked fine. Now however it does connect to wifi but not to LNS. Anybody else with the same problem?

Are you seeing payload data in your application? What does forum search tell you about connection state reliability and ‘last seen’ for a gateway on the console?

Same here. After several month of receiving data, both of my indoor TTIG stopped working since 20210304 08:58:00 CET. They are still connecting both to my WLAN, but do not go online. The green light flashes constantly with a high frequency. Power cycle (20 min waiting in between) did not help. Reset didn’t help either. Any suggstions?

Edit: ttnctl output
ID Activated Frequency Plan
1 eui-58a0cbfffe800e98 false EU_863_870
2 eui-58a0cbfffe8010f7 false EU_863_870

Both devices show Activated: false

Gateway is last seen two months ago. Status is not connected. Messages received is 11, Transmitted messages is 4. eui-58a0cbfffe801e1b. According to a search on the forum there was a problem with connecting in december, but this happened in januari.

Debugging output shows the followin error:
16:02:42.032 → 1970-01-01 00:01:51.533 [AIO:INFO] tc has no cert configured - running server auth and client auth with token
16:02:49.025 → 1970-01-01 00:01:58.470 [AIO:ERRO] [-1] WS connect failed: UNKNOWN ERROR CODE (0052)

Any expert advice on what to do? WLAN doesn’t seem to be an issue.

Paging @KrishnaIyerEaswaran2 can you look at these 3 EUI’s to see if backend problem, please

Solved:
16:02:49.025 → 1970-01-01 00:01:58.478 [TCE:ERRO] TC connect failed - URI: wss://lns.eu.thethings.network:443

It was related to an DNS resolve error. Cold reboot/powercycle of all network devices, internet router, switches did the trick!

Do you have a TTIG setup in the v3 community cluster?

No, because there was a note in the forum, saying that this is not possibe, yet, and dependent on updates coming later this year.
