I’m having trouble getting my Kickstarter Gateway to connect properly. The device powers on, but it fails to establish a connection or communicate with the network as expected. I’ve checked the basic setup and network settings, but the issue persists. What troubleshooting steps should I try to identify and resolve the connection problem?
Is this a recent install or have you resurrected one set up some year ago? Reason for asking is if old and with old firmware without being connected for updates it may well still have old firmware - which version is it running? A digital certificate expired a while back and sytem will need a more recent build with the new certificate. This is an easy download and update task using an SD card….
Grab the stable version and use that 
Hi, I am not sure what may be your problem. It can be multiple like an expired certificate and the failing update server for the old software version of the kickstarter gateway. I have successfully created a new software version for this gateway that solves some issues and adds new features like UDP packet forwarder and another fota server.
