2020-2021: 40% More Members & 70% More Gateways!

13 months ago just before the EOY’19 and ahead of the last F2F TTConference in Amsterdam I highlighted a successful milestone for the community with >10,000 Gateways

Have watched carefully over the last month or so and on the eve of this years ‘Virtual’ TTConf its great to see to TTN Membership count has increased 40% with now 70% more Gateways deployed. I need to check but think that is more GW’s added in 2020 than in the approx 1st 4 years of TTN from foundation in 2015? (Note: Feb 19 was 6k, July 19 was 8k looking at old posts) :slight_smile: :tada:

So… it looks like we added another ~1k GWs (and another 500 members) just in the time of the TTConf :slight_smile:

And that doesn’t include V3 additions where some owners may not have seen they need to opt-in their migrated or new GWs to being Public and visible on the Map (Please do this as it helps Community users understand where there may be coverage and allows for optimising new placements vs replicating coverage :wink: )
