Can you connect a new gateway to V3 yet?

@Jeff-UK - I thought that it wouldn’t be the case as soon as I suggested it because of the fact that the other gateway is fine. Will plug it into an different Ethernet port. Presumably plugging into another location would also be a test? (different ISP). Or tethering…

@kersing - I run the host program and received the response:

Host eu1.cloud.thethings.network not found: 5(REFUSED)

Will check my DNS settings.

Thanks for your help.

Some of the RAK images end up installing with a borked DNS - you may have to set one yourself in resolv.conf &/or use Google for basic Pi DNS wrangling

The gateway works! Finally.

There was something odd about the DNS - I edited /etc/dhcpcd.conf and put a valid DNS address in after uncommenting the line that started:
#static domain_name_servers=
This seemed to solve the problem.
I entered my router address and the google DNS too.

So, all seems to be OK at the moment.
Thank you gentlemen!

Now to add some V3 nodes…
