Change of email address on TTN v3 not working

Not sure where to direct this - I’ve been trying to change the email address of one of our accounts but without success.

On page The Things Network Account, I can change and save the new email address but no verification is received by the source or target email. When I logout and in again, the old email address remains.

I’ve created a new account now with the new email address so we’re sorted, but thought someone should know.

No one here has access to TTN accounts and the TTI core staff - atleast those who could readily address this are not on the forum frequently. Your best option is to post to The Things Slack channel using #support :+1:
