I can provide a serial number that comes from my gateway……… if that will verify the issue of who owns the EUI

TTI are deeply unlikely to have access to a third-party vendors inventory database. Only RAK can verify that information.

I think you need to ask on the RAK forum about if you can change the EUI - at worst it will be a backup plan.

I suggested this two days ago but nothing has appeared on the RAK forum …
