I’ve setup an arduino based single channel gateway. The author of the firmware has the default router set to EU and when I look at TheThings console page for the gateway the “last seen” field updates every 2 minutes. But when I change the router to us-west the “last seen” field never updates as if it is not connecting to the router.

I have the same issue.
I have two lg308 gateways configured to forward packets to us west router, they were working well for about 3 months but since feb-22 stop working.
Now i just got join request and join accept message but unsuccessful.
