No https endpoint for Application Manager API?

Hi,

in the docs Application Manager API it says
HTTP: http://<region>.thethings.network:8084
is the endpoint for the Application Manager API.

Is there really no encrypted (https) endpoint available?

I think most (if not all) regions serve that API over HTTPS on port 8094.

By the way: If you’re building a new application, I would recommend to focus your efforts on The Things Stack (v3).

I can confirm this for region.thethings.network:8094 with region = eu, us-west, asia-se or brazil.

But won’t that be a fully private installation? That is, actually, no lorawan coverage augmentation for the public with my gateways? Or is v3 rollout for ttn at the horizon?

We indeed want to make v3 available to the community, so your development time would be better spent building something for the v3 API.
