Packet lose on TTN stack

Hello,
we have an app with some devices and own some gateways.
Today we have some lost packets and check the live data on ttn flow from the gateway to the device app.
The gateway received packet 181 from our device 260BB9FB :

but the device 260BB9FB on app don’t receive it:
Nodo
the packet aren’t trasmitted also in mqtt.
we have some nodes that sometimes stop receive packets, they respect ttn data/time regulations.
Why this could appen?

Can you capture a decent qty of messages so we get better one off view- say 1 hr capture of GW Console view, App Console view and Device Console views (plus if poss local GW console?) such that we have a good timeseries data set to consider…
