The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

The incident on our status page was just updated with new information. The first post in this topic has been updated accordingly.

@htdvisser, how is this “scheduled” when we get 2.25 hours notice?

Could no one say which elements of the stack may be affected?

The way statuspage works is that maintenance items are created in the “scheduled” state. It doesn’t make a difference if it takes place 5 minutes form now or on the 1st of December.

We schedule maintenance at a time when our ops team thinks it’s necessary and convenient, not when it’s convenient for users. This means that we schedule maintenance during our working hours, so that all of the team is available to assist if needed. If possible, we announce maintenance a day in advance, but in this case the team decided that it would be better to make the changes as soon as possible, hence the short notice.

The affected components are usually listed in the maintenance item. In this case, our eu1 cluster was briefly affected by the infrastructure upgrade.
