Register end device failed / End device already registered

Dear all

I get following error.

Submit failed

An end device with JoinEUI 0000000000000000 and DevEUI 0004A30B00E9XXXX is already registered as arc1-1022-eui-0004a30b00e98fbe in application prod-arc-1-2021

I am pretty sure that I created the application “prod-arc-1-2021” myself, but I can no longer find it. I assume it still exists on the TTN Platform V2 which I no longer have access to. How can I delete the application or have it deleted so that I can use the devices again? Its urgent!

I am having the same issue, although I’m using a device that was previously used by someone else. Any advice on the matter would be incredible.
