Hello, I have noticed erroneous behaviour of RU864 frequency plan while testing some devices. The RX2 frequency is 869.525 MHz, and the regional parameters indicate that frequencies 868.9 and 869.1 are mandatory, and 869.1 is used for the RX2 window (lines 1530-1531, 1609-1610 of v. 1.0.3 of Regional Parameters). Moreover, the licence-free bands in Russia are 864-865 MHz, 866-868 MHz and 868,7-869,2 MHz, so the frequency of 869.525 MHz falls out of that. It is certainly a mistake, usually going unnoticed as many EUR868 devices are used - but if Russian frequency plan is declared as available, it should conform to the specifications.
