Hi everyone,

Are you eager to meet real people with the same interests as you again? Later this week, you have an opportunity to do so. Apparat, a local consultancy specializing in media and IT, is hosting Apparatconf. It's a two-day evening conference from 3 PM to 9 PM each day.

Wednesday 10 November will focus on media and media productions, while Thursday 11 November will be all about development. On Thursday, two of The Things Network Bergen member will do a presentation each:

  • At 17:00, Ricco Førgaard will demonstrate how you can take charge of your IoT fleet using balena.
  • At 20:00, Ketil Moland Olsen will explain why Raspberry Pi-based flight tracking can be useful, fun, and profitable.

You will also learn more about retro-programming on Commodore64, a journey from MySQL to NoSQL, a smart office app, and the inspiring story about FotMob: A hobby turned into a full-time venture.

The best part: Both days are entirely free to attend, and you are all invited.

Hope to see many of you on Thursday!

Kind regards,
Ketil
