New Twitter and Slack accounts have been made

Hi all,

I have set up a a new twitter account https://twitter.com/TTN_CHC and also a new slack account https://ttnchc.slack.com

I am very new to both these platforms so bear with me if it takes me some time to work out how to do things.

Feel free to let me know what to do.
